The diverse population in Canada celebrated Multicultural Day in June. Several people, including Canadian politicians, lauded the nation’s history of multiculturalism and welcomed those who have immigrated to Canada. Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said, “As Canadians, we appreciate the immense freedom we have to show pride in our individual identities and ancestries.

No matter our religion, where we were born, what color our skin, or what language we speak, we are equal members of this great country.” To belong to a country that celebrates immigrants, contact Become A Canadian for information on the process needed to make that happen.

Canada was the first country around the world to take on an official multicultural policy. This happened forty-five years ago and is still active in the country. Prime Minister Trudeau says the fabric of the nation is varied and vibrant. It is woven together by the various heritages and cultures and “underlined by a core value of respect.”  Become A Canadian has a team of experts who will walk you through the immigration process and answer all of your questions.
